Whether beef, vegetarian or vegan: we want to create a particularly authentic flavour experience from simple, natural and fresh ingredients. The highest quality of all ingredients and honest craftsmanship are very important to us. Our clear goal: the best, juiciest burger!

Our beef patties are real gems. The coarsely minced patties are always delivered fresh from local butchers and are only put on the grill fresh. That’s why we prefer to serve them cooked medium. It couldn’t be juicier!

Vegetables are your meat? We work together with Greenforce for our vegan products. Their patties are 100 per cent vegan, climate-neutral and additive-free. All raw materials are sourced from controlled farmers and the value chain is completely transparent.

FLUFFY!
Alongside the sauce and patty, the bun is the most important part of the burger. Our fluffy brioche buns are therefore baked and delivered by our in-house baker according to our own recipe. They are also vegan, but I bet you can’t taste that!
BABYBACKRIBS
The tenderest temptation since BBQ was invented: Our pork baby back ribs are cooked sous-vide for six hours, glazed and grilled. Sous-vide means pre-cooking under vacuum and is practically a guarantee for super-tender meat.
PIMPMYFRIES
Our fries are Belgian fries: these fries are considered the best in the world. One reason: they are made from fresh potatoes and not frozen ones. Their crust is crispy like that of crisps and their inside is velvety soft. They are also cut a little thicker and double-fried.
OUR SAUCES
Anything but boring: the sauces are also made according to our own recipe. Only this guarantees the perfect flavour in many variations: Giggly Sauce, Burger Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Sweet Honey Mustard or Lime Mayonnaise.
DESSERT
Not quite grandma’s recipe – but very close thanks to our own creations. Our desserts are so good that it’s not a question of ‘whether’ you order one of our desserts, but ‘which’!
CHEERS
We don’t just give our all at the barbecue, but also at the bar. Homemade lemonades, classic and unusual cocktails and, of course, our infamous mojitos are perfect after work or to set the mood for any weekend.
